Great place to stay, Close to the airport. The shuttle was right there on time to take us to and from the airport. Great experience.
Great service, great price, and so convenient ! We loved being able to leave our car at the hotel while we traveled. The shuttle picked us up within ten minutes of our arrival to the airport and brought us directly to our car. The hotel and room was extremely clean and comfortable.

They were awesome nice clean rooms
Very friendly staff. Our only issue was that the elevator was broken and we were on the 2nd floor. The dest person did assist us in taking our bags up to the 2nd floor.
Will use this hotel if flying out of Buffalo! Clean, comfortable and great parking! The shuttle drivers were awesome!!

Wonderful service from everyone concerned. Upon return, I discovered my car battery had died . . . front desk personnel QUICKLY brought out a mobile charging device and helped me get my car running in less than a minute. Very impressive, and the courtesy was delivered with calm compassion. I will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.
Our shuttle service to and from the airport was prompt and efficient. The drivers were both pleasant and enjoyable. They are the reason best western gets a five star. We had such a horrible experience with days hotel and shuttle service the year prior this was a great way to come home this year. Thank you

This was my first time using parksleepfly but I would definitely recommend it to anyone. We arrived at Buffalo airport from Orlando at 9 pm with a further wait for baggage so it was very nice not to have a long drive home ahead of us. The shuttle was very quick arriving and our accommodations were very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful both on the phone and in person. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

Exactly what we wanted and needed at a great price. Airport shuttle service was exceptional with a 6am departure and 12 midnight arrival. Left our car in the hotel's main parking lot for a week. Beds and room were comfortable. This is our second stay at this hotel and would use this Best Western airport again!
Great location and quiet Very convenient I will return in the future
Great place to stay for a night with the family before flying out early in the morning. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Shuttle was prompt going both ways. Appreciated the snack bag since we left before breakfast was served. Price was very reasonable. We will definitely do this again.
