The hotel was clean, the service was friendly, courteous, and prompt, and the back parking area was well lit, safe and convenient.
Great! Only issue was the smoke alarm going off in the early morning hours. Staff said that it had been happening for at least a couple of weeks.
The hotel was clean and appeared to have updated furnishings. The staff were very friendly and we found no problems with our room.
Hampton Inn is my usual go to and this location did not disappoint. Room was clean, staff friendly and helpful. First time using park sleep fly, it was sooo easy &will def use again. Shuttle was right on time to airport & was super quick to pick me back up upon return.
Very helpful for “ first timers”. Staff were polite and professional. Our room was clean and neat. We will definitely book here again and we recommend to anyone traveling.
They had a small shuttle van. We had to wait over 45 minutes because it could only hold about 6 people and finally gave up. We ended up calling an Uber.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. I would have given the hotel a higher rating if it wasn't for the return shuttle. We purchased the park, sleep and fly package. The first shuttle driver (on the way to the airport) was very helpful in pointing out where to wait on our return (blue signs). Great! Except on our return, we went to the blue signs pick up area and called the hotel for a shuttle - 40 minutes later, no shuttle!!!😡 A flight attendant happened to come along, she called for a shuttle and within minutes one came!😡😡 So we hopped on with her and the nice shuttle driver took us to the hotel to pick up our car.

Fantastic price, super staff, excellent room, convenient shuttle and secure parking. This service and reasonable cost creates loyalty and we will definitely come back and recommend this to everyone we know!

I've used Park & Ride services many times; Hampton Inn Buffalo Airport is one of the best.
I arrived back to the hotel at 12:30 am. The lobby smelled horrible and all the trash from a party was left there. I could get no service on the tv channels. The shower barely trickled any water at all. My bed was worn out and lumpy.

Friendly staff, clean hotel with excellent transfer service.
Hotel was basic and perfect for what we needed but the walls between the rooms were paper thin and around midnight we could hear everything from the next room and it woke us up and was not appropriate for kids to be listening to. We had to knock on the wall to get the couple to stop what they were doing. Would not book this hotel again for this reason.
The room was comfortable and they had free coffee, tea and cookies in the lobby all evening. The shuttle service was excellent. The driver was waiting for us at 4:45am to go to the airport and came in about 5 min at 11:45 pm when I called after our flight. Everyone was pleasant.

The rooms needed some upkeep. The beds creak with every move and bathroom tiles needs improvements.
