The hotel was fantastic, will stay again in the future
Excellent service and price, Will definitely use it again in my next trip
Bobbie picked us up last night even though he was the only staff working at 130 am
Good location, comfortable room but seems to be old, great customer service.
friendly and helpful the shuttle drivers were awesome
Very pleasant staff who do their best in the face of problems
Hotel is undergoing updating. Room was clean and warm.
I am from the Canadian side of Buffalo so I can appreciate these lake effect snowstorms but what ticked me off the other day was that I had just experienced an journey coming out of Nashville. When I called the hotel for the shuttle they told me that it wasn't running. The other hotels in the area were operating their shuttle but not the M Hotel. I am a tour operator where we have to be able to come up with alternatives and options for unseen circumstances. I have had issues with this hotel before but there rooms are clean so I have just endured. I ended up taking a $30.00 Uber back to the hotel. This hotel just does not compliment the service that ParkSleepFly delivers. I will never stay at that hotel again.
The return trip they offered no shuttle from the airport back to the hotel and had us fend for ourselves. Caught an Uber back to the hotel Have stayed here twice before but this may be the last visit at this hotel
Fantastic! Great staff and wonderful accommodation
Stayed 1 night to utilize parking for a 10 day trip. The hotel itself and my room were clean, the staff was very helpful and courteous, and the shuttle was prompt. I'm rating the Millennium a 4 out of 5 for two reasons: its desperately in need of an update and the pool (which is absolutely gorgeous) was closed. The room amenities at the Millennium were comparable to my room at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, although the square footage in Buffalo was considerably smaller. The beds and bedding were as comfortable at both locations and I appreciated the complimentary coffee at the Millennium (Vegas room coffee would have cost $6 a cup). The toweling at the Millenium was far superior, however the shower curtain smelled strongly of mildew. Both hotels had a small amount of mould in the shower nooks. I've stayed at other, more expensive and newer park and fly hotels in Buffalo and would choose the Millennium over them.
Absolutely the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever been in. Everything from the sinks in the bathroom and in the tub not draining, to the pool being closed after the website said it was open. It was absolutely the most filthy hotel I’ve ever been in in my life. Do not go there! It’s absolutely filthy. They also tried to talk me into leaving the key to my vehicle so they could move it if needed.? No thanks!
Room was o.k…About 2 am our power went out in our room..Called desk and they said could not fix. They called and said if we wanted to change rooms. We were getting up at 5 am anyway so we declined…Also asked for awake up call at 5 a.m….did not receive…We had to get ready for our flight in the dark.
Hotel was clean. Shuttle was waiting for us to take us to the airport. When we returned to Buffalo, we called the hotel and only waited a short time for the shuttle to arrive to take us back to the hotel to retrieve our vehicle.
Clean room, good service, cheaper than parking at airport. Definitely use them again
Friendly staff
Was a typical hotel room. The hotel it self was nice. The room was nice and clean. Only problem I had was not something fixable at the moment. The toilet was to close to the wall and the toilet paper holder, so when I sit on it, my leg would hit the paper holder in a painful and uncomfortable way. Had to sit sideways to be somewhat comfortable. Again, this wasn’t something that could be fixed during the stay, so it didn’t affect my rating to much. :)
Hotel was really nice. The parking was good but could be more secure for leaving your car there for a week
Stayed there multiple times and very pleased. This time not so much. I am 68 and they placed me in a room on first floor the furthest hallway back!!! The room was freezing cuz of the outside heat. But had to pull all the blankets from second bed to be able to sleep. I had to ask for the car voucher to put in window!!!!!! The shuttle was great! I did call and ask for better arrangements for the nite coming back and they were very happy to help. Unfortunately I had to cancel due to plane cancellation and coming in the next day.
